Withdrawal policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. For services, the period begins when the contract is concluded; for goods, when you or a nominated third party receives the goods.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

We refund eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days after receiving the notice. We use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For goods, repayment may wait until return or proof of return. You return goods within fourteen days and bear direct return costs.

3. Exclusion for personalised goods

The right does not apply to goods made to an individual choice or clearly tailored to personal needs, particularly personalised print products, signs, promotional items, textiles, labels and packaging.

4. Services and early commencement

If you expressly request work before the period expires, reasonable compensation may be due for work performed. After full performance, the right may expire if you expressly consented and acknowledged this consequence.
